Distinctive Family Living
Center Point Farm is a community of 173 designer carriage homes that emphasize luxury, style and convenience.
We are located in Worcester Township, which is a haven of open space and rural tranquility in the heart of Montgomery County.
Homes were constructed between 1996 and 2001. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,200 to more than 3,700 sq. ft., with a median of approximately 2,900 sq. ft.
Our community is governed by a Homeowners' Association, which maintains all of the common areas surrounding the townhomes, including the roads and sidewalks.
A monthly fee also covers the cost of lawn mowing and landscaping, snow removal and trash/recycling collection.
A tennis court, a Fitness Center and a "Tot Lot" for children are special features of Center Point Farm. There is Mail Center protected from the weather and an attractive entrance with a Guard House.
Homeowners will be able to use the HOA Reports and HOA Documents buttons above to access various forms and records of the Association, including the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
